Lewes Road

In the heart of the city and just a 10-minute walk or bus from the Old Steine and town centre, a huge number of students live off the Lewes Road in Brighton. Plenty of bus routes run along the Lewes Road allowing quick and easy access to both Brighton and Sussex university campuses, as well as late transport links that take you 5 minutes to reach the hub of Brighton’s nightlife.

Falmer

The epicentre of Brighton student living, always a hive of activity and within a few minutes’ walk from Sussex and Brighton University, library and SU bars. As such, these properties usually go early so act fast if this is where you want to be.

Hanover

Brighton’s largest predominantly student area. Covers a large area of Brighton and essentially like a student village within the city. The high density of student properties in this area gives it a vibrant friendly atmosphere.

Hove

Slightly further out from the usual student housing options, Hove offers a home away from home with a more relaxed and homely feel. Hove’s main road – Church Road – is a hub of restaurants, bars and shops that provide a great area for students to both study and enjoy amenities that again, are only 5-10 minutes away from Brighton city centre by regular bus routes.
